  As a collection company, they are in place to collect money on unpaid debts. With that said, most of these folks are employed to collect these debts and when folks just shrug their shoulders and ignore their responsibility to the debt, they get upset at the collection company for doing their job. I can't say that once have I ever had a problem with these folks. I have had major medical bills lapse due to my low income but they were more than willing to work with me on a payment plan that I can afford.

  They post credit that is not your own on your credit score because you should pay it. have medical bills in collection from them and have never been to a doctor in almost 25 years

  The owners of this company should be ashamed. Deeply ashamed. This company picks up outrageous medical bills that individuals without insurance or living in poverty cannot pay and they viscously go after them. They sue them and garnish their wages after adding exorbitant fees and interest. They are inflexible with payment plans, incredibly rude, and straight up ruthless. It should be criminal. I've watched this company drive single moms, poor families dealing with accidents and disability into a place of poverty beyond return. I have also experienced it. After my husband's accident which forced us into dramatic medical debt this company came after me viscously for my husband's bills. He's disabled so they can't take his federal money. We barely get by paying on the nearly 1/2 a million dollars in bills we owe and they're now taking a good portion of our income. Despite my explaining the situation, begging for help and smaller payment plans I was offered nothing. They finally lowered the payments to a slightly more manageable amount but increased the fees and interest so that essentially I'll NEVER be able to pay them off. It's indentured servitude. They're a sickening company. And there is a special place in hell for the owners.
