  Have had a weeks worth of mail and several packages diverted because a neighbor parked NEAR a bank of mailboxes. The lazy driver couldn't walk six feet to actually do their job. It's absolutely shameful. With so many people needing jobs, people like this should be fired.

  Stand-in post master took my information as I have had mail missing for months and had 2 pages of missing mail. She took my information and no one has ever contacted me. Prior to this time, I left voice messages on 2 separate occasions on the telephone numbers I had for the previous post master that went unreturned. I still have missing mail even after signing up for Informed Delivery.

  Been here several times over the years. Get treated like garbage every time. Add today as one more day of rudeness and poor service. The woman with curly hair seems to hate her job and people. Always super short, condescending and just flat out mean. If you don't want to have a blast of negativity to bring into your day, go somewhere else.

  The rudeness of the employees at Kent street is becoming more frequent. Getting tired of the hassle of going on there. Last time I went in I was told my package would be inspected if I wasn't telling the truth about what was in it. There's absolutely no reason to say that to a customer, because you're insinuating that they are not being truthful. Very rude. Today they refused to ship my package because I had taken a used flat rate box and wrapped it in butcher paper with a new address on it. I just wanted to send it regular parcel post. They refused and said you can not reuse USPS boxes. Perfect example of government waste.
