  If I could given them 0 stars I would have. Horrible service. Roy had no idea what he was doing. I am a college student and was seriously having to tell the man what we was doing wrong. He called over Cheryl, his trusty co-worker. She had no idea what to do. I asked them why they don't know what they're doing. They're response, "'This stuff is complicated." 45 minutes later someone finally figures it out. Then he tells me I need my W-2s, which I gave to him last week. I specifically asked him if I needed to bring them back. He said, "No, I have it all entered already. You just need your I.D. And to sign a paper. He then proceeded to try and file my taxes without the forms! If you want to waste almost $400 to have a bunch of incompetent, disrespectful fools do your taxes, feel free to go there. Otherwise, I will try to warn you to stear clear!!
